The 4 questions:

  1. How should my sentencing chart be different from all other sentencing charts?

  2. On all other days at law school we quoted from AND summarized cases. Why at the OCJ do we quote less?

  3. On all other days we submitted paper casebooks with tabs. Why with electronic casebooks are there no tabs?

  4. On all other parts of the trial the Judge (usually) doesn’t descend into the fray. Why on submissions do the not let us get past our second point?
