On April 16th MCM-Group convened to discuss some recent appellate jurisprudence. The session was ably facilitated by Matthew Geigen-Miller and co-supervised by A/Crown Brian Holowka and Assistant Crown James Cavanagh.
The topics covered were 9(2) applications and the rule in Browne v Dunn.
